Located on the upper slopes of Westmorland, on a challenging steep site, this project responds to our client’s brief for a single-level, 4-bedroom home with two living areas that maximizes the surrounding city views. 

The main living space is defined by oak feature panelling, which seamlessly transitions into a cavity slider and integrated bookshelf. The exterior is clad in Western Red Cedar with contrasting black Trimdeck, creating a striking visual impact. The design incorporates a bespoke kitchen and open-plan living areas that take full advantage of the panoramic mountain views.
